1. What is the big problem the specific market is facing (without this phase statement why should your audience care?)
2. What are the common solutions that are now available
3. How is your solution better than existing solutions, what void does it solves?
Just by thinking and phrasing the first step – what is the big problem – it can entice your creativity and set your idea on how you want to present the story
