How Kornit Digital made a splash on the biggest stage of the textile industry
THE CHALLENGE
Kornit wanted keep its positioning as the market leader and innovator in digital textile printing. ITMA 2019 is the flag show of the industry and was chosen to deliver Kornit’s new positioning and the launch of 4 product lines. Adding this huge event to the ongoing overload at Kornit was impossible without hiring external help. The project involved multiple sub-projects, hundreds of stakeholders, complex execution across five regional offices and short timelines.
THE SOLUTION
First, Galimark structured the messaging that guided all activities and projects under this big project. The messaging addressed two different types of customers with separate journeys. A detailed master Gantt plan was created to kick off the big project. The execution included complex sub projects such as logistics, coordination with different departments, and developing a virtual reality and multiple product videos. The actual booth design plan incorporated the customers journeys and the presentation of unique features such as daily educational sessions with a live actor performance.
